    Notice is hereby given that Scimores Academy LLC is proposing to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the US Army Corps of Engineers and Virginia Department of Historic Resources under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act. The Floris Historic District (029-5179) and three properties that contribute to it, Ellmore Tenant House (DHR No. 029-0267/029-5179-0006), Fox House/McFarland House (DHR No. 029-0420/029-5179-0007), and Stover House/Edward Lee House (DHR No. 029-0264/029-5179-0010) are located within the Scimores Academy project area, a proposed private school with associated infrastructure in Fairfax County, Virginia.
