The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is proposing no further remedial action at the Buckroe Beach Formerly Used Defense Site in Hampton, Va.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers invites the community to learn more about the site and proposed plan at a public meeting from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Sept. 12 at Jones Magnet Middle School, 1819 Nickerson Blvd., Hampton, Va. 23663.
Project documents in the public record are available for review, and the Corps will accept comments on the Draft Final Proposed Plan, Buckroe Beach FUDS. The project documents are attached to this public notice, and also available for viewing at the following Hampton, Va. public libraries:
