Proposed action is to dredge a recreational boat channel to promote safe navigation from the Lafayette River to the Edgewater Haven subdivision. Impacts will consist of approximately 5.1 acres subaqueous bottom, 70 square feet of estuarine emergent wetlands and 370 square feet of non-vegetated wetlands. Compensation for impacts to Waters of the United States will be provided through a mitigation bank. Comments on this project should be received by the close of business on July 23th 2012.
