This is an amended public notice to reflect receipt of the final prospectus for public comment and review. Comments already received under the original notice that ran from December 7, 2011 to January 5, 2012 will be considered as will any new comments. The bank sponsor proposes to establish, design, construct, and operate a compensatory stream mitigation bank. It will consist of perennial streams, ephemeral streams, wetlands, and preservation and enhancement of proposed uplands buffers and watershed buffers. The proposed site contains and proposes to preserve a unique travertine waterfall stream system and habitat for federally threatened and endangered state species of concern.
