    Mayor Paul Fraim and other city of Norfolk leaders joined Col. Paul Olsen, Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers commander, along Ocean View Beach to sign a historic project partnership agreement that lays the foundation for construction of a coastal storm damage reduction project.

    This project involves the construction of a recreational vehicle sales and repair facility on Hillcrest Parkway in Chesapeake, Virginia, between Battlefield Boulevard and the Chesapeake Expressway. Approximately 3.11 acres of palustrine forested wetlands will be impacted by the proposed RV facility. The wetlands are located within the Northwest River drainage basin.

    NAO-2014-1928 Shirley Contracting, LLC: The applicant proposes to reconstruct and widen Route 606(Loudoun County Parkway/Old Ox Road) in Loudoun County from the existing two lanes to four lanes, between Evergreen Mills Road (Route 621) and the Dulles Greenway (Route 267), including several stormwater management facilities.
