The applicant proposes to fill 2.87 acres of wetlands and 9,198 linear feet of waters for the purpose of constructing the last phase of a data center complex. Due to a lack of available mitigation bank and trust fund credits, impacts will be offset through the creation of a permittee responsible mitigation site.
