    Amazon Data Services, Inc. is proposing to construct a data center campus. The project would permanently impact 4.85 acres of palustrine emergent wetlands (PEM), 0.72 acre of palustrine forested wetlands (PFO), 0.05 acre of palustrine scrub shrub, and 3,153 linear feet of stream channel; temporarily impact 1.17 acres of PEM and 97 linear feet of stream channel; and permanently convert 0.11 acre of PFO to PEM. Comments should be received by the close of business on March 15, 2025.

The project would permanently impact 0.04 acre of palustrine forested wetlands; 0.01 acre of palustrine scrub/shrub wetlands; 0.56 acre of palustrine emergent wetlands; 0.65 acre of open water; and temporarily impact 1.57 acres of open water. Comments should be received by the close of business June 13, 2022.
