USACE hosts 4th annual career fair for college students and recent grads

NORFOLK,  Va.
 – College students and recent graduates in the Hampton Roads area are invited to the Norfolk District’s Federal Careers Open House from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Jan. 30.

The event, located in the district’s headquarters building at 803 Front St. in Norfolk, will feature multiple hiring managers from the Norfolk District - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

Current federal employees and job recruiters will provide information on federal job benefits, the Federal Pathways Internship Program and current job openings.

An information sessions will be held from 9: a.m. – 10 a.m. to help students navigate USAJOBS, tailor their resumes for the federal hiring process, as well as tips on interviewing for federal jobs.

Students will be required to show a government issued id, such as a driver’s license, to gain access to the event.
