Corps, city to host citizen information meeting for Deep Creek Bridge

CHESAPEAKE, Virginia - The Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the city of Chesapeake are hosting a citizen's information meeting on Thursday, August 23 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Deep Creek Community Center, 2901 Margaret Book Drive.

The meeting allows citizens to get the latest update on the Deep Creek Bridge replacement project.

The format of the meeting will be an informal open house, which the public can attend any time during the meeting hours; staff from the USACE and the city will be available to answer questions.
