The joint New York New Jersey Harbor Anchorages Study team utilized a webinar to practice social distancing while celebrating the signing of the Chief's Report by Lt. Gen. Todd Semonite, the Chief of Engineers and USACE commanding general. The report recommends the study’s findings for authorization by Congress.
