FORT NORFOLK, Va. -- Seatack Elementary School science students measure and compile data about the oysters growth and water salinity. The baseline compilation by Jessica Grell's students from Seatack Elementary School in Virginia Beach, Va., began in 2012. At that time, these district oysters were sufficient in size and placed on the Corps' breakwater reef.
