The applicant proposes to compensate for impacts to the 1.42 acres of forested wetlands at a 2:1 ratio and the 0.01 acres of jurisdictional ditch at a 1:1 ratio through the purchase of 2.85 credits from the Middle Peninsula Environmental Properties, Inc. Public comments are due by Nov. 14, 2014.

    Comment Period Extension for the Clean Water Act Proposed Rule for Definition of Waters of the U.S.: The comment period which was originally scheduled to end on July 21, 2014, had been previously extended to October 20, 2014. Comments now must be received on or before November 14, 2014.
