    LTL Clevenger’s Village, LLC has proposed to complete construction of a mixed-use development which includes townhomes, single-family homes, commercial development, community amenities, and necessary infrastructure. The project site is located on the south line of Route 21, west of the Rappahannock River, east of Route 229, in Culpeper County, Virginia. Comments should be received by the close of business on December 12, 2024.

    The proposed wetland mitigation bank is located on approximately 52 acres of agricultural land. The site is located south of Route 616, west of Route 674 and directly east of the Warrenton Air Park in Culpeper County, Virginia.The proposed bank site drains to Licking Run which is a tributary of the Potomac River.

    The proposed stream mitigation site is located on approximately 28 acres of agricultural land. The site is located near Mr. Zion Church Road in Culpeper County, Virginia. The proposed bank site drains to the Hazel River which is a tributary of the Rappahannock River.

  • NAO-2014-0751 Route 784

    Expiration date: 2/21/2015

    The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) proposes to construct a 2.2-mile, two lane roadway (Route 784) with bike lanes, a multipurpose trail, a 5-foot-wide sidewalk, and stormwater facilities, on a new location northwest of the Town of Culpeper, in Culpeper County, Virginia. The southern terminus will connect to the existing Route 522, and the northern terminus will connect to the existing Route 729. The public comment period ends on February 21, 2015.

    Branch Highways, in consultation with VDOT, is proposing to complete the final phase of a three-part expansion on Route 3 from the Orange County line to the Route 3/Route 522 intersection. The applicant is proposing to widen the two-lane road to a four-lane divided highway. The purpose of the widening project is to improve traffic safety along the heavily traveled corridor between the city of Fredericksburg and the town of Culpeper. Public comment period ends Dec. 19, 2014.
