    Construction of additional travel lanes along I-64 in the first of three “Gap” segments that will adjoin segments of I-64 that have a minimum of six travel lanes. The proposed addition of a third travel lane in each direction will increase connectivity between Richmond and Hampton Roads. Public comments should be received by the close of business on May 9, 2024.

Currently, traffic accessing the SPSA landfill from U.S. 58 East Bound utilizes a median crossover, crossing U.S. 58 West Bound to access Bob Foeller Drive (landfill access road). Public comments should be received by May 21, 2023.
