    Friends of Claytor Lake (FOCL), proposes to construct a concrete abutment to be used for loading and unloading equipment used to remove woody and man-made debris during clean up operations. FOCL removes about 250-300 30-cubic yard container loads of woody and man-made debris from the lake annually. The project is locted in Pulaski County, Virginia. Public comment period ends May 9, 2015.

    Bon Secours Virginia Health Systems proposes to construct a medical office building, an elevated pedestrian connector, a rehabilitation garden, parking and a stormwater management facility on an 8 acre site which will be apart of the St. Francis Medical Center campus in Chesterfield County, Virginia. Public comment period ends May 4, 2015.

    The applicant proposes to construct a new pier and mechanically dredge approximately 1,283 square feet (135 cubic yards) to a depth not to exceed -4.5 feet mean low water (MLW) for a single residence boat basin that will provide ingress/egress to a previously approved Special Service District channel. Public comment period ends April 18, 2015.
