Due to modified Department of Defense security protocols, the Norfolk District Regulatory Branch is no longer able to accept documents via external File Transfer Protocol (FTP) sites.
Effective immediately, all electronic documents submitted to Norfolk District Regulatory Branch should be submitted via e-mail. Please note, our email system can only accept emails less than 35 MB in size, so larger documents must be reduced in size or split into separate emails. If splitting into separate emails, please make sure the subject line includes reference to the total number of emails per project (such as “ACME Project 1 out of 2” and “ACME Project 2 out of 2”).
Any emails received using FTP sites to transmit documents will be returned to sender and not processed until we receive the request with the documents attached to an email.
If you are submitting a request for a preapplication meeting, delineation confirmation, or jurisdictional determination, please consider utilizing our new Regulatory Request System (RSS) at Regulatory Request System (RRS) (army.mil). You will need a login.gov account to use RSS.
