    The proposed project is located west of Interstate 95 (I-95), north of Centreport Parkway and south of Stafford Regional Airport in Stafford County, Virginia. The proposed project is located in waters associated with unnamed tributaries to Potomac Creek, which flows to the Potomac River. The applicant proposes to construct two 630,000 square foot buildings with approximately 1,100 tractor trailer parking spaces, 350 trailer loading spaces, approximately 1,800 employee parking spaces, and associated stormwater management and utilities. The proposed project will result in permanent impacts to 0.79 acre of wetlands and 1,506 linear feet (0.23-acre) of stream channel. The purpose of the proposed work is to provide large-scale distribution facility in proximity of I-95 in Stafford County between Richmond and Northern Virginia to remain market competitive.

    Branch Flatiron proposes to improve an approximate 15-mile long section of the Interstate 95 corridor with the extension of two high-occupancy toll lanes in the median between the I-95 northbound and southbound lanes in Prince William and Stafford Counties, Virginia. The proposed project involves approximately 10 miles of new roadway construction from the I-95/US 17 North interchange to the I-95/Garrisonville Road interchange as well as new ramp construction near the I-95/ Russell Road interchange and other associated roadway improvements.

    Wagman Heavy Civil is proposing improvements to an approximate six mile long section of Interstate-95 (I-95) southbound corridor between mile markers 135.3 and 129.3 in the City of Fredericksburg, Stafford County, and Spotsylvania County, Virginia. Proposed improvements include the addition of three lanes parallel to the I-95 southbound general purpose lanes between Truslow Road and 1.29 miles south of Route 3 (Exit 130). The proposed lanes would be designated as general-purpose lanes and serve the through traffic while the existing general-purpose lanes would be converted to collector-distributor lanes. The project would include associated roadway improvements at Route 17 and on I-95, and the construction of new pier supported bridges over the Rappahannock River and Route 17. The applicant proposes to permanently impact 0.101 acres of non-tidal wetlands and 1,552 linear feet of stream channel. To compensate for impacts, the applicant proposes to purchase mitigation bank and stream credits.

    The applicant proposes to relocate the Interstate 95/Route 630 Interchange south of the existing interchange, including two new parallel bridges that will carry Rt. 630 (Courthouse Road) over I-95. An existing park and ride lot will be relocated and a second new lot will be added. The project includes bicycle and pedestrian facilities and stormwater management facilities. Proposed permanent impacts are 0.74 acres wetlands, 2,563 linear feet perennial streams, and 365 linear feet intermittent streams.

    The applicant proposes to widen and reconstruct 1.9 miles of Route 630 from 800 feet west of its intersection with Ramouth Church (Route 628) to Route 732 (Cedar Lane). In addition to widening to four lanes, the proposed project also includes turn lanes, the realignment of the Route 628 (Ramouth Church & Winding Creek)/Route 630 intersection, construction of stormwater management facilities construction, and a shared use path along the westbound lane and a sidewalk along portions of the eastbound lane to accommodate pedestrian access to Colonial Forge High and Winding Creek Elementary schools.
