  • NAO-2007-2718 Dredging of Pescara Creek

    Colonna's Shipyard is proposing to mechanically dredge approximately 125,300 cubic yards of material from a 10.27 acre area in Pescara Creek, a tributary to the Eastern Branch of the Elizabeth River in Norfolk, Virginia. This is a combination of new and maintenance dredging.

  • NAO-2014-0456 Ladysmith Road Commercial Retail Center

    Blackwood Capital, LLC proposes to construct a 42.50-acre commercial retail center to include the realignment of Green Road within a desired corridor for Caroline County, VA. The proposed impacts area associated with fill for a storm water outfall, the construction of retail center building, parking, infrastructure and the realignment of Green Road. Public comment period ends June 11, 2015.

    Friends of Claytor Lake (FOCL), proposes to construct a concrete abutment to be used for loading and unloading equipment used to remove woody and man-made debris during clean up operations. FOCL removes about 250-300 30-cubic yard container loads of woody and man-made debris from the lake annually. The project is locted in Pulaski County, Virginia. Public comment period ends May 9, 2015.
