  • NAO-2019-00041 (TREC Coastal Logistics Building 3, Suffolk, Virginia)

    Coastal Logistics Holdings, LLC is proposing to impact waters of the United States to construct a warehouse and associated infrastructure such as stormwater management, utilities, parking, and road access. The warehouse will support the storage and transport of goods, received through the Port of Virginia, throughout the region. All work is to occur in Suffolk County, Virginia.

  • Public Notice for changes to District’s Regulatory Program practices

    The Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps), is notifying the public of changes to the District’s Regulatory Program practices related to requests for jurisdictional determinations (JD) and confirmations of delineations of aquatic resources.
  • 408-NAO-2025-0048 (Cape Charles City Harbor)

    Expiration date: 8/29/2025

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Norfolk District has received a request from Coastal Precast Systems for permission to alter the Cape Charles City Harbor Federal Navigation Project pursuant to Section 14 of the Rivers and Harbors Act of 1899 (Section 408). The proposed improvements include construction of a new boat launch ramp and temporary moorings to support the reconstruction of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore Harbor. The temporary moorings would be removed upon completion of the Key Bridge project, while the boat ramp would remain permanently to provide barge maintenance service at the Coastal Precast Systems facility. Written comments must be received by August 29, 2025.
  • NAO-2023-02674 (Skyhill Court Subdivision, Loudoun, Virginia)

    The Evergreene Companies, LLC is proposing to construct a six-lot residential subdivision and associated infrastructure within two parcels of land totaling approximately 7.3 acres. The work will result in permanent impacts to 3,248 square feet (0.07 acres) of nontidal emergent wetlands. In compliance with regulations implementing Section 106 of the NHPA, the Corps is soliciting comments on the proposed project from the public; federal, state, and local agencies and officials; Native American Tribes; and other interested parties. This public notice provides an opportunity for members of the public to express their views on the undertaking’s effects on historic properties and resolution of adverse effects. The Corps is requesting comments to assist in evaluation of the effects of the project on historic properties and evaluation of alternatives or modifications which could avoid, minimize, or mitigate adverse effects on historic properties.
