    The Sponsor is proposing to restore and enhance streams using Natural Channel Design, wetlands, and riparian buffers by reestablishing riparian buffers with heavy planting and exclusion of cattle. The Sponsor proposes to generate a total of 31,501 wetland and stream credits.

    The Sponsor is proposing to do 85.5 acres of wetland restoration, 8.2 acres of wetland buffer restoration, and 17.1 acres of upland buffer restoration. The Sponsor proposes to generate a total of 91.69 non-tidal wetland credits.

    The Sponsor is proposing to undergo establishment of 159 acres of non-tidal forested wetlands, preservation of 58 acres of tidal and 401 acres of non-tidal forested wetlands, and preservation of 110 acres of buffer. The Sponsor proposes to generate a total of 218.4 wetland credits.

    The Sponsor is proposing to undergo establishment of 44.2 acres of non-tidal forested wetlands, preservation of 12.8 acres of existing forested wetlands, and preservation of 14.6 acres of upland buffer by restoring historic hydrology via backfilling drainage ditches, removal of drainage tiles, and minor grading. The Sponsor proposes to generate a total of 48.5 non-tidal wetland credits.
  • NAO-2025-1705 (Goshen Farm Mitigation Bank, Accomack County, VA)

    Expiration date: 7/10/2026

    The Sponsor is proposing to create 4.58 acres of vegetated tidal wetlands, 0.17 acres of unvegetated tidal wetlands, enhance 0.86 acres of vegetated tidal wetlands, and restore 2.6 acres of upland buffer. The Sponsor proposes to generate a total of 5.49 tidal wetland credits for the purpose of providing off-site compensatory mitigation for unavoidable impacts to waters of the U.S. associated with DA permits within the proposed Geographic Service Area (GSA).
