  • NAO-1998-00259 (Loudoun County)

    Expiration date: 7/2/2022

    The applicant has proposed to construct a data center consisting of five 2-story buildings, mechanical yards, internal access roads, and storm water management facilities. As proposed, the project would impact 3,532 linear feet of stream channel, 0.51 acre of palustrine forested wetlands, 0.18 acre of palustrine scrub-shrub, and 0.21 acre of palustrine emergent wetlands. Public comments should be received by the close of business on July 2, 2022. 

  • NAO-2018-02169 (Stallman Ridge Subdivision - Historic Property, Henrico)

    Expiration date: 6/25/2022

    Mr. Corey Cotman is proposing to construct a seven lot single-family home subdivision, stormwater management facility, utilities and roads on Strath Road in Henrico County, Virginia. The project site is located within the potential National Register boundary of the Darbytown & New Market Roads Battlefield, the Darbytown Road Battlefield, and the Fair Oaks & Darbytown Road Battlefield. Public comments should be received by the close of business June 25, 2022.

  • NAO-2013-01663 (Potomac Creek, Stafford County)

    Expiration date: 5/27/2022

    The applicant is requesting an Individual Permit from the Norfolk District under Section 404 of the Clean Water Act for the discharge of fill into approximately 0.75 acre of palustrine forested wetlands (PFO), 0.55 acre of palustrine emergent wetlands (PEM), 0.50 acre of palustrine open water (POW), and 1,122 linear feet (0.12 acre) of stream channel. The proposed project is a large-scale distribution facility that will provide warehouse space in close proximity to major transportation routes (Interstate 95 and Route 1). Public comments should be received by the close of business on May 27, 2022. 

  • 22-SPGP-Recreational, Commercial, Institutional and Recreational Developments (RCIR) AND 22-SPGP- Linear Transportation (LT)

    Expiration date: 4/21/2022

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Norfolk District (Corps) proposes the issuance of two 2022 State Programmatic General Permits (SPGPs) to the people of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The SPGPs authorize the discharge of dredged/fill material in non-tidal waters of the United States (WOTUS), including wetlands, and that is associated with certain residential, commercial, institutional, and recreational and linear transportation projects. The purpose of the SPGPs is to reduce duplicative review for activity-specific projects where state and federal regulations overlap regulatory purview. The SPGPs will provide streamlined review of permit applications processed by the Corps and Virginia Department of Environmental (VDEQ). Public comments should be received by April 21, 2022.

  • NAO-1998-02442 (Botetourt Center at Greenfield)

    Expiration date: 4/9/2022

    Botetourt County proposes to widening an existing road within the Botetourt Center at Greenfield resulting in temporary and permanent impacts to an unnamed tributary of Tinker Creek. The perennial stream is located on the eastern side of Lots A, B, and C, and west of International Parkway. The impact area is located at approximately 37.438669 (latitude), -79.919651(longitude) and consists of 244 square feet of permanent stream impact across 105 linear feet of stream. Public comments should be received by April 9, 2022.
