The project will also impact 0.12 acre of non-jurisdictional wetlands. To mitigate or the proposed impacts, the applicant will purchase 2.04 wetland credits. The project site is approximately 50 acres and is located west of I-95, at the northern terminus of Harley Club Drive, in Hanover County, Virginia. The site drains into Lickinghole Creek, a tributary to the Chickahominy River. The project site is located within an industrial park known as “Northlake.”

    The project site is approximately 34 acres and is located at the terminus of Harley Club Drive, west of I-95, within an industrial park known as Northlake, in Hanover County, Virginia. The applicant proposes to continue development of an industrial park by developing an industrial lot. The applicant proposes to impact 0.41 acre of forested wetlands for the construction of parking, access road and sanitary sewer. These impacts were previously authorized but not taken prior to the expiration date of the permit. To mitigate for the proposed impacts, the applicant is proposing to purchase 0.82 wetland credit. Cumulative impacts for the development of Northlake are approximately 2.7 acres.
