    The Sponsor is proposing 11,243 linear feet of stream restoration, 541 linear feet of stream enhancement, 4,998 linear feet of stream preservation, 27.78 acres of riparian buffer restoration/enhancement, and 53.65 acres of riparian buffer preservation. The Sponsor proposes to generate a total of 1,9091 stream credits.

    Expiration date: 7/22/2026

    The Sponsor is proposing to restore 917 linear feet (LF) of stream, enhance 734 LF of stream, create 54.55 acres of wetland, restore 45.88 acres of wetland buffer, preserve 93.14 acres of wetland, and preserve 26.62 acres of wetland buffer. The Sponsor proposes to generate a total of 1,622 stream credits and 85.52 wetland credits for the purpose of providing off-site compensatory mitigation for unavoidable impacts to waters of the U.S. associated with future DA permits within the proposed Geographic Service Area (GSA). The purpose of this notice is to solicit comments and recommendations from the public, federal, state, and local agencies and officials, Indian tribes, and other interested parties concerning the work as described in the notice. All work is to occur in Prince William County, Virginia.

    The Sponsor is proposing to perform 1,036 linear feet of stream restoration, 542 linear feet of stream enhancement, and 10.98 acres of riparian buffer preservation/enhancement. The Sponsor proposes to generate a total of 1,645 stream credits.

    The Sponsor is proposing to do 85.5 acres of wetland restoration, 8.2 acres of wetland buffer restoration, and 17.1 acres of upland buffer restoration. The Sponsor proposes to generate a total of 91.69 non-tidal wetland credits.

    The Sponsor is proposing to undergo establishment of 159 acres of non-tidal forested wetlands, preservation of 58 acres of tidal and 401 acres of non-tidal forested wetlands, and preservation of 110 acres of buffer. The Sponsor proposes to generate a total of 218.4 wetland credits.
