NORFOLK, Va. -- Due to weather conditions, the Norfolk District will open under a 2-hour delay Tuesday, March 4.
Employees should plan to arrive no more than two hours after their normal reporting time.
Employees working at area military installations should follow reporting instructions of the installation commander.
