Sixth graders from Northumberland Middle School and the Tangier Combined School discuss sea-level rise and cultural extinctions with representatives from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Virginia Institute of Marine Science and the crew of the Hawaiian canoe Hokule'a.
