Morning Muster
A re-enactor calls for the morning muster outside the officer's quarters at historic Fort Norfolk June 9, 2012. The fort, open for public visitation daily, is one of the last remaining 19 harbor-front forts authorized by President George Washington in 1794 and serves as the home of the Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
