    Expiration date: 8/4/2014

    This is a modification to the original public notice. The applicant proposes to expand the existing parking lot by 60 spaces to the east of a newly constructed medical center and construct a stormwater pond. The purpose of the project is to increase parking to the facility. The proposed project will impact 0.11 acres of palustrine forested wetlands and 225 linear feet of stream channel. Comment period ends Aug. 4, 2014.

    Virginia Regional 1 proposes to construct Phase II of the Virginia Regional Commerce Park, which will include the construction of three warehouse structures totaling 695,550 square feet of building space, two wet retention storm water management ponds, access roads, ingress/egress stubs, parking, and trailer parking/storage space. In addition, the southern portion of the property fronting Pruden Boulevard will be developed with commercial, office and retail facilities, associated access roads and parking.     Hanover Land Investors, LLC proposes to construct a mixed-use development within the designated high-density suburban area in Hanover County, Va. The project consists of the construction of a commercial development, 48 single family homes, 73 town homes, and associated erosion and sediment control structures, and wil permanently impact 1.46 acres of forested wetlands and temporarily impact 0.06 acre of forested wetlands and 0.18 acre of open water for the construction of roads, sanitary sewer lines, lots, low-impact development features, and a storm water pond. Public comment period ends May 29, 2014.

    The proposed mitigation bank site is located on approximately 18 acres of agricultural land. The site is located approximately 6 miles northwest of Remington in Culpeper, Virginia. The purpose of the mitigation bank is to provide off-site compensatory mitigation for projects that result in unavoidable impacts to streams and other waters of the United States in the Rapidan-Upper Rappahannock Drainage basin.
