    Waterfront Marine proposes to complete a design build project that will replace the old truss steel bridge in the Nottaway River at Route 35 in Courtland, Virginia. The modern bridge will be 902 feet in length and will be in the same location as the old bridge. Public comment period ends Aug. 25, 2014.

  • MODIFICATION-NAO-2006-5460

    This is a modification to the original public notice. The applicant proposes to expand the existing parking lot by 60 spaces to the east of a newly constructed medical center and construct a stormwater pond. The purpose of the project is to increase parking to the facility. The proposed project will impact 0.11 acres of palustrine forested wetlands and 225 linear feet of stream channel. Comment period ends Aug. 4, 2014.

In addition, the southern portion of the property fronting Pruden Boulevard will be developed with commercial, office and retail facilities, associated access roads and parking.
