Secondary uses include potential demand from the development of the MAMaC mega site, as well as an additional prospective industrial client currently investigating locating a facility on the western edge of Greensville County.

The project is located in wetlands that drain to an unnamed tributary to Creer Creek, a tributary, to Chuckatuck Creek, at 15142 Carrollton Boulevard, in Carrollton, Va.
