The applicant proposes to construct the second phase of a data center campus, known as EdgeCore: Louisa Phase 2. The proposed project involves the permanent discharge of fill material into 4.20 acres of non-tidal wetlands and 6,302 linear feet of stream channel, and temporary impacts to 78 linear feet of stream channel, to facilitate site grading, construction of data center buildings, and associated infrastructure. The project is located west of Shannon Hill Road (SR 605) and east of Parrish Road (SR 683) in Louisa County, Virginia.

The Sponsor is proposing to restore 917 linear feet (LF) of stream, enhance 734 LF of stream, create 54.55 acres of wetland, restore 45.88 acres of wetland buffer, preserve 93.14 acres of wetland, and preserve 26.62 acres of wetland buffer. The Sponsor proposes to generate a total of 1,622 stream credits and 85.52 wetland credits for the purpose of providing off-site compensatory mitigation for unavoidable impacts to waters of the U.S. associated with future DA permits within the proposed Geographic Service Area (GSA). The purpose of this notice is to solicit comments and recommendations from the public, federal, state, and local agencies and officials, Indian tribes, and other interested parties concerning the work as described in the notice. All work is to occur in Prince William County, Virginia.
