Responsible for mechanical and electrical engineering design, and, technical and functional review of A-E design for Military, Civil Works, and Support for Others (SFO) programs. Prepares mechanical and electrical portion of plans for operations and maintenance work. Performs field inspections. Assists construction in specialized field problems. Maintains quality management plans.
