Responsible for structural engineering design, and, technical and functional review of A-E design for Military, Civil Works, and Support for Others (SFO) programs. Prepares structural portion of plans for construction and maintenance work. Performs field inspections as required. Assists construction in specialized field problems. Maintains quality management plans.
