Modified Record Fire Range

This $2.7M project will be over 4,000 SF with primary facilities to include the modified record fire range, control towers, latrine, operations/storage building, ammunition breakdown buildings, bleacher enclosures, covered mess, organizational classroom, and information systems. The facility will integrate the use of modern range equipment and provide a standard-design, 16 lane modified record firing range. These facilities are expected to be completed in May 2007.
Shoot House and Urban Assault Course

This $3.9M project will consist of multiple facilities such as the live fire shoot house, 2 field service latrines, equipment target storage sheds, grenadier gunnery trainer, individual team trainer, and offense/defense bldg.. The shoot house will provide a facility to train and evaluate fire teams during live-fire exercise. These facilities will help support training for urban environments and present realistic simulations for soldier situational awareness. These facilities are due for completion the summer of 2007.
Combined Arms Collective Training Facility (CACTF)

This $11.0M project is phase II of the CACTF project. It will consist of 14 mock modern urban architectural style buildings with interior targets pits, streets, storm drainage, secondary power system, and other features required to simulate an urban setting and site improvements. The CACTF will provide a state-of-the-art blend of live, virtual, and constructive training. Phase II is due for completion in February 2007.
