Provides oversight, guidance and advice to assist in formulating policy for and making recommendations to the Commander on matters within the functional areas assigned. Provides oversight and support to Planning, Programs and Projects Branch offices for procedures and policy regarding operating budget, personnel, procurement, property and contract administration.
