The Peer Review Report is designed to comply with the “Final Information Quality Bulletin for Peer Review” issued by the Office of Management and Budget (hereafter to as the “OMB Bulletin”) on December 16, 2004. This OMB Bulletin has subsequently been incorporated into the USACE Engineering Circular No. 1105-2-408 “Peer Review of Decision Documents”. The Peer Review Report will be comprised of four sections: 1) Modeling, 2) Economics, 3) Cultural & Socioeconomic Assessment and 4) Ecological, and will provide a report on the Research Documents listed.
