Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Hampton

The Norfolk District is pleased to partner with the U.S. Air Force to construct quality facilities at Joint Base Langley-Eustis' Hampton location, Langley Air Force Base.
Our partnership has resulted in new dorms for Airmen, temporary lodging that is on par with commercial hotels, a fuel system and a large-vehicle inspection system.
