    The Navy proposes to continue the construction of the North Gate, South Gate and perimeter fence project that was originally authorized under a State Program General Permit (SPGP). The majority of the work has already been completed. The applicant proposes additional impacts, which are now beyond the limits of the SPGP. The total impacts for the project include fill in 0.22 acres of forested wetlands and permanent conversion of 1.10 acres of forested wetlands to emergent wetlands. The project is located at NASO Dam Neck Annex in Virginia Beach, Virginia in Redwing Lake and Lake Tecumseh, tributaries to Back Bay.

The proposed mitigation bank site, to be known as Meadow Lawn Farm Umbrella Mitigation Bank, is comprised of approximately 335 acres of land located on the Little Calfpasture River and Kelso Spring Branch, both of which are within the Maury River watershed in Rockbridge County, Virginia. The public comment period ends March 25, 2016.

    Roslyn Farm Corporation proposes to construct the approximately 40-acre Chudoba Industrial Park in Prince George County, VA. The project would provide “pad ready” commercial/industrial sites on property within the Virginia Enterprise Zone. The project is an industrial/commercial development of three large warehouse buildings (47,000 to 135,200 square feet) each with associated truck parking/docking and employee parking. The project would result in permanent impacts to approximately 1.42 acres of non-tidal wetlands associated with unnamed tributaries to Blackwater Swamp. Public Notice comment period ends 10 March 2016.
