An interchange at this location was permitted in 2002, but was not constructed; that permit expired. Comments are due by Jan. 19, 2015.

Waterfront Marine proposes to complete a design build project that will replace the old truss steel bridge in the Nottaway River at Route 35 in Courtland, Virginia. The modern bridge will be 902 feet in length and will be in the same location as the old bridge. Public comment period ends Aug. 25, 2014.
