Briba Building Corporation proposes to develop Carrollton Meadows, a 37-acre residential subdivision consisting of 42 parcels. The development activity will result in impacts to 1.59 acres of non-tidal forested wetlands, from road infrastructure and seven lots. The project is located in wetlands that drain to an unnamed tributary to Creer Creek, a tributary, to Chuckatuck Creek, at 15142 Carrollton Boulevard, in Carrollton, Va.
