Division commanding general to go south

WASHINGTON.—The Department of Defense has announced that Brig. Gen. Todd T. Semonite, commanding general of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers North Atlantic Division will be traveling south to Atlanta Ga., to take command of the corps’ South Atlantic Division.

In a letter to the entire Army Corps of Engineers, the Chief of Engineers Lt. Gen. Robert L. Van Antwerp congratulated Semonite on the move and praised his achievements while at the North Atlantic Division.

Semonite will assume command of the South Atlantic Division
on May 1.
